Hello!

Specializing in Children & Teens | Adults Welcome

People describe me as silly, caring, and open-minded.

I want people to know that I want to help a diverse background of people, and that it is a safe space to be authentically themselves.

I also want them to know that therapy doesn’t have to be serious all the time, it can be flexible and fun, all depending on the client’s needs.

Oftentimes anxiety, low mood, or OCD can feel like it is taking over your life, which can cause extreme shame, fear, and isolation. It can be hard to separate who you genuinely are as a person from these thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

While the primary goal of treatment will be to help minimize or cope with the client’s presenting problem, I also think it is important to use that time in session to rediscover who you are outside of whatever it is you’re facing.

Anxiety, OCD, and intrusive thoughts can make it difficult to feel like yourself. I work with individuals who are ready to better understand their experiences and build lasting skills to reduce anxiety and regain confidence.

Using evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I provide a collaborative, supportive space where healing happens at your pace. Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating—it can include humor, curiosity, and compassion as we work together toward meaningful change.
