“I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is caring, collaborative, and open-minded, and I like to bring humor into the room when it feels right. Whether you’re struggling with OCD, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or just feeling stuck, we’ll work together to better understand what you’re experiencing and find tools that actually work for you.”

About Me

People describe me as silly, caring, and open-minded. I want people to know that I want to help a diverse background of people, and that it is a safe space to be authentically themselves. I also want them to know that therapy doesn’t have to be serious all the time, it can be flexible and fun, all depending on the client’s needs.

How Do I Help?

Through a mixture of talk therapy and exposure therapy, the client will gradually learn how to overcome their anxiety and build healthy coping mechanisms that they can rely on throughout their lives. The goal is to move at the clients pace, in an environment that can feel safe before implementing their skills in daily life.
